About Ursuline Sisters Senior Living

Ursuline Sisters Senior Living located in Canfield, Ohio offers 20 independent living apartments with access to education and wellness programs at the Ursuline Center. Ursuline Sisters Senior Living provides safe, affordable, and hospitable independent living apartments for moderate-income people ages 55 and over. The Ursuline Sisters Senior Living apartments feature twelve spacious one-bedroom apartments and eight two-bedroom apartments at the Ursuline Sisters Motherhouse in Canfield, Ohio.

These apartments are designed for independent adults but have accessibility features.

Apartments are offered in one- and two-bedroom styles all designed for independent adults. Each room features a full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, phone/ cable/ and internet, walk-in showers, and single-story floor plans. Monthly rent/utility fee includes all utilities – cable, phone and internet, lawn care services, controlled secure entrances, use of social room, and a personal locked storage bay

Amenities also include a pet-free environment, smoke-free facility, lawn/snow care, trash services, personal storage bay, designated resident parking and all utilities.

Local Area makes it convenient to get to restaurants, doctors, grocery stores, and much more.

Social Community programs are offered to senior living apartment residents including access to the Education and Wellness programming offered and on-site social opportunities.

Also, the planning stages have begun for adding Assisted Living to our Senior housing. The Motherhouse location is a very large and expensive building to operate, and the Sisters’ care needs will continue to increase. Our draft plan involves converting the Sisters’ current living space plus some other areas in the Motherhouse to Assisted Living suites for the Sisters and others, generating important supportive income. We believe that this plan will allow the Sisters to remain at home at the Motherhouse longer, as well as allow us to continue to maintain (expand actually) our current staffing, and keep the building available for the Sisters and ministries.
